Tyler Long is a great leader, business driver, and good family guy. Tyler is the 4th generation to enter the flooring business and got his start by doing summer warehouse work in his middle school years. He enjoyed working for his father so much, he decided to make a career out of it immediately after college and hasn’t once regretted the decision.
As the husband of a beautiful Swiss bride and father of three, Tyler spends much of his free time watching his daughters compete in rodeo and his son compete in baseball. Tyler is an active church member, enjoys studying theology and church history, and also started a non-profit baseball academy that provides training and playing opportunities to local youth athletes.
As President and owner of PG Long, Tyler operates on the fundamental value of treating others how you want to be treated; employees, clients, vendors and strangers.
C. Brent Ellifritz PRESIDENT
Brent is a dynamic business leader and generous humanitarian. Brent was a loyal customer of PG Long's for over two years when he worked in property management/real estate. He liked the PG Long operation so much that he came to work for the company in 2005. In addition to being self-admitted wonderful husband, Brent enjoys a very active outdoorsman life of fishing and golfing. When he isn't landing a 30lb salmon or hitting a hole-in-one, he also enjoys collecting vintage snowmobiles, motorcycles, and muscle cars. Brent also tries to embody a high level of altruism in his daily life by serving on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity, Multifamily Northwest, and contributing annually to the Heartland Humane Society.
Justin Beer VP OF OPERATIONS
Justin is a self described Data Scientist. Justin is the resident nerd of PG Long. Looking at, admiring, and obsessing about the companies data, he leverages his analytical skills in pursuit of efficiency for the company’s business processes. Every hill is a hill to die on for the company’s bottom line.
When not working, Justin is smitten by his wife and pours his heart into his twin boys. He enjoys serving in his local church, being a blessing to others, and desiring Christ.
Randy Camat VP OF MARKETING
Randy is an outstanding leader and leads by influence. He is the newest member of our leadership team. He has led teams for the past 25+ years in different industries, primarily in the online digital marketing space. During that span, he managed successful teams that performed at a high level in operations, advertising, project/program management and sales/marketing.
Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, Randy now resides in Oregon, and has 2 sons living in the Portland metro area. Randy enjoys BBQs, watching sporting events, exercising and traveling.

Josh Henson BRANCH MANAGER - BEND
Josh has been a Bend resident since 1990. Josh has been a Bend resident since 1990. He prides himself on making his customers feel like their time matters. Josh treats all of his customers like he would treat a family member. Josh joined the PG Long team in 2016 and in 2018 he began serving on the Multifamily Northwest Council. In his free time Josh enjoys chasing salmon & steelhead in his drift boat on the river and camping with his wife and two daughters.
Mario Elias BRANCH MANAGER - MEDFORD
Mario brings great success in flooring expertise. As Branch Manager for PG Long in Southern Oregon, Mario knows that the most important part of a successful business is the relationships you build within the community. Mario shows his deep love and appreciation for his community by being involved with The Chamber of Medford & Jackson County, and volunteering within the church he attends. In his free time, you can normally find Mario enjoying the Rogue Valley with his wife and two dogs. They enjoy hiking, skiing at Mt. Ashland, or just cooking and spending time with friends.
Brian Benner BRANCH MANAGER - BOISE
Brian is Idaho's Floor Expert. Brian was drafted out of high school to play for the San Francisco Giants. After his career was cut short due to injuries, he entered into the finance industry in various roles. He eventually transitioned into management positions in Construction, IT Services, and most recently the Flooring Industry. He has successfully grown the Boise office through his commitment to communication, accountability, and problem solving for our great customers. When Brian isn’t working he spends time with his three daughters.
John Buhler BRANCH MANAGER - TRI CITIES
John is originally from Middleton, Idaho, where he started working in the construction industry at a very young age. His construction experience took him to most places in the western United States. In addition to his construction background, John also worked in the software and technology industry as a sales and customer service associate.
John is outgoing and enjoys attending sporting events and watching movies. He also likes boating, swimming, camping, hiking, and traveling. His biggest love is being a Dad to his 3 children and helping them develop their own passions.
Matt Butenschoen BRANCH MANAGER - PORTLAND
Matt is a leader. Matt Butenschoen has been a pacific northwest native his whole life and lives in Vancouver, WA with his awesome wife Megan and adorable dog Moses.
Matt started with PG Long Floor covering back in the Summer of 2013 as an Account Manager. After a few years Matt's territory moved up to the Vancouver Area and NE Portland. As of May 2020 Matt has been promoted to VP of Sales for the Portland branch. He is excited to take on the role and find new opportunities for the company while continuing to manage his sales territory and support his customers.
In Matt's free time he likes to spend time with friends and family. He also enjoys playing golf whenever he can fit it in (rain or shine), finding new recipes to try on the barbecue, and supporting local breweries.
Jon Girt BRANCH MANAGER - EUGENE
Jon has been a growth leader with PG Long for many years. Jon puts his customer’s experience first. He enjoys making their time with PG Long pleasant and positive. Since his start with PG Long Floor Covering in March of 2008, he has completed the Mohawk University Product Knowledge Higher Achiever Program, obtained his lead base paint renovator certification and is also a certified Asbestos Inspector.
When Jon is not in the office, he enjoys watching Football, playing Golf, Pinball, rebuilding classic cars, and participating as a Competitive BBQ Pit master.
John Miljus DIRECTOR OF RESTORATION
John comes to PG Long with over 25 years of construction experience that includes new construction, remodeling, restoration, and earth stabilization. John has a passion for helping people, doing things right, and doing all the time. In his spare time John loves to travel the world to experience different cultures and the rich history wherever he visits.
RESTORATION MANAGER - BOISE
Jens is an Idaho native who has called the Boise area home for the last 20 years since attending Boise State University. Jens started his career in flooring as an installer in Eastern Idaho. He has extensive experience in the flooring and construction industry, including sales and installation. Jens started working for PG Long in 2015 and returned in 2021, after a 2-year hiatus, as the Restoration Manager.
Jens is driven by his traditional values that are apparent in his genuine attitude, drive for excellence, and authentic relationships. While not working Jens enjoys spending time with his family and friends and can usually be found outdoors riding motorcycles, snowmobiles, climbing rocks or kayaking on Idaho's rivers.

Shanna is Head of Accounting. Shanna is a Portland native who has worked with PG Long since 2011. In her time here she has worked her way from AR Clerk to bookkeeper within her first year with the company. A few years later she became Assistant Branch Manager, and shortly after Branch Manager. After returning from maternity leave she became Head of Accounting.
When Shanna is not running around helping everyone she can at work, she is spending time with her high school sweetheart husband and new daughter, or she can be found with a camera in hand. Her first degree is in photography, and her heart never left it.
Emma Briggs CREDIT MANAGER
Emma oversees Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Account Management. Emma came to work for PG Long in 2012 after working in Property Management for 4 years She started as Inside Sales Support in the Eugene Branch but shortly after moved into a corporate role as the Credit Manager.
Emma was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark and came to America as an exchange student at 17 year old. She liked it so much here that she married an American and settled permanently in Oregon in 2007. They have 2 kids, a daughter and a son.
When Emma is not in the office, she likes to go camping with family and friends, cooking Danish dishes, volunteering at the local food pantry and playing in poker tournaments.

Adam Epperson TERRITORY MANAGER - PORTLAND
Creative Problem Solver. Adam has been with PG long for 3 years. He started out in our inside sales position and has worked his way to the Sales rep that he is today. He enjoys the interior decorative aspect of helping his customers find what looks amazing in their home. Working side by side with customers and coming together to find new possibilities and products has been a huge part of his career. At home he enjoys playing with his son and family time, as well as entertaining guests. His hobbies include BBQ competitions, art viewing, hiking, and woodworking.
Conor Murphy TERRITORY MANAGER - PORTLAND
Conor is the floor expert. Conor is new to PG Long, and is excited to bring his retail and customer service experience to the team! Having worked in various sales and retail positions most of his life, he is ready to apply his customer first approach to any of his client’s needs. When Conor is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his Wife, trying out new restaurants in the greater Portland area, and watching any sporting event he can find on TV!
Connie is a leader. Connie joined the PG Long team as the Front Desk Administrator, her capability to learn quickly, provide great customer service, and manage information accurately was quickly noticed. She has some advantages stepping into the Territory Manager position having worked the many facets of the office and knowing the essential information both the office staff and installers need. Connie prides herself on being dependable, trustworthy, and going the extra mile for her customers and co-workers while providing accuracy to get the job done. When Connie is not in the office or out in the field, she is spending time with her family. She enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, wine tasting, and collecting crystals & gem stones.
OPERATIONS MANAGER - CARPET CLEANING
Dusty is a Floor Nerd. Dusty is always striving to find the best products that balance durability with attractiveness and cost. Helping customers know what they are going to get and educating them on how well products will perform so they can make the best decision possible for their property is what he is always looking to do. His favorite aspect of his career is establishing relationships with people that are based on trust and dependability. Since joining the PG Long team in June of 2008, Dusty has been certified by the IICRC in carpet cleaning, carpet repair, odor control and water mitigation. Although he no longer works in carpet cleaning, this knowledge is invaluable when helping customers decide whether or not a carpet can be saved. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his 3 daughters, riding his motorcycle, hunting and competitive bbq.
Nick Taylor TERRITORY MANAGER - EUGENE
Nick has been a valued member of PG Long team for over 8 Years. Nick started as a carpet cleaning technician and quickly grew a reputation for providing quality work and exceptional customer service. Nick continuously goes the extra mile to excel in customer satisfaction and displays a kind and caring demeanor everyday with every customer. Maintaining integrity and having a strong work ethic have made Nick an asset to the PG Long team. On his days off he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, watching sports and hosting BBQ’s with family.
Ricardo Aguilar TERRITORY MANAGER - SALEM
Dynamic leader and floor expert. Ricardo always goes the extra mile for his customers. A great experience and the feeling they get working with PG Long is his ultimate goal. He started working at PG Long as a carpet cleaning technician in 2013. He was promoted to carpet cleaning manager in 2017. Ricardo started working as a Territory Manager for the Floor Covering division in 2019 due to his excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the market. We are very happy to have Ricardo as part of our group of people that have made, and will continue to make PG Long so successful. When Ricardo is not in the office, he enjoys playing Basketball, driving and listening to music, and his true passion is spending time with his kids.
Shane Long TERRITORY MANAGER - PORTLAND
Dynamic leader and floor expert. Shane has been a territory manager with PG Long since March of 2009. His territory includes Beaverton, Hillsboro, Downtown Portland, and North Portland. Shane specializes in the multifamily flooring sector and is always looking to increase his knowledge of flooring. Shane’s philosophy is his customers are his partners and values building relationships. He enjoys getting to know his customers and their business to find the right solution for each unique situation, so his customers are successful. His goals are to build new business relationships and build on his current ones. Shane was born and raised in Vancouver Washington. He married his high school sweetheart and has three boys. Shane received his associate degree from Clark College and is currently finishing his bachelor’s degree at Multnomah University. Shane works hard and takes things seriously when needed, but also is someone who jokes around and likes to have fun. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, BBQing, and going to his son’s baseball and soccer games and volunteering at his church’s middle school group. In his spare time, he enjoys watching some of his favorite shows like the Office but also likes to get out of the house going camping, attempting to fish, hiking, and watching his favorite football team the Seattle Seahawks.
Willy Kumle TERRITORY MANAGER- EUGENE
Willy is a seasoned floor expert. Willy is very passionate about his job! He loves making sure his customers feel like they are getting the very best service from him and PG Long. Willy has been with Pg long since 2008. With his hard work and awesome work ethic, he's been able to achieve larger rolls and advance in the company through out his time with us. Willy has gone from Cleaning Tech, to Carpet Cleaning Manager, and is now in his 3rd year as a Territory Manager with our floor Covering department. When Willy isn't making his customers jobs easier, he enjoys coaching his kids in life and sports, playing sports himself, and doing recreational outdoor stuff.
TERRITORY MANAGER - BEND
Jesslin is the office manager at the Bend Oregon branch. She moved to Bend in 2015 from Portland with her husband and two dogs to enjoy all the outdoor activities Bend has to offer. In her free time you can find her reading a book , playing with her dogs or training for her next marathon.
Maddy Leuder OFFICE MANAGER - BOISE
Maddy is our new office coordinator at the Boise branch office. She comes to PG Long with a solid background in the multifamily industry, specifically in property management. Her experience on the operations side of property management will help the organizational flow at the branch.
In Maddy’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs, a shar pei and a hound. She also likes to travel and experience different wineries in the area to see and taste the latest of wines.
Trista started working for PG Long in early 2018 starting out as inside sales support in the Portland branch and moving to scheduler after about a year. She took a brief leave and returned as assistant branch manager. She strives to be her best on a day-to-day basis and help her coworkers with any questions that may arise.
Trista was born and raised in Oregon and moved to Washington to raise her two kids with her husband in 2011. When she is not watching her son on the baseball field or her daughter on the basketball court, Trista spends her time outdoors running with her dogs or on the couch with her husband binge watching the latest tv shows.
Kristina came to our PG Long team after working in the property management field for 5 years, in both leasing and On-Site management capacity. This prior experience has given Kristina a great knowledge in how to provide our customers with exceptional customer service. She is able to efficiently help schedule installation crews for your turnover needs and ensure a timely and pleasant experience. Kristina prides herself on being helpful and a creative problem solver who cares about her customer’s satisfaction to the fullest. When Kristina is not working, she is spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys concerts, heading to the coast, trying new restaurants, and going to Oregon Ducks and Eugene Emerald games.
Mark Grusing INSTALLATION COORDINATOR
Mark has been with PG Long since 2015. He has 40 years of flooring experience, Thirty of those years in flooring covering installation. He has seen it all. His experience, product knowledge and customer service are second to none. When Mark isn't working, he and his wife volunteer in a community outreach program to help families. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys camping and long weekends at the beach.
Rose Ellis OFFICE MANAGER - PORTLAND
Rose is from Portland and spent 10 years in property management before coming to PG Long. She absolutely loves customer service and every one of her customers. Outside of work she enjoys spending her time with family, volunteering and teaching Sunday School.
